We set up and manage systems such as missed-call text-back, an AI booking chatbot/receptionist, automated review requests, and social media content on the accounts and platforms you authorize. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your practice are agreed separately before work begins.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we work hard to deliver strong outcomes, the results of marketing and automation depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your responsiveness, and how patients behave. Except where we expressly state a specific guarantee in writing, we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, revenue, or results.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools needed to deliver the services.
• Ensure you have the right to use any content, branding, or data you provide to us.
• Comply with all laws and third-party platform rules that apply to your practice and your communications with patients.
• Maintain appropriate consent for contacting your patients and prospects.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing terms, and any applicable guarantees are set out in the proposal or agreement we provide before starting work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

Our services often rely on third-party platforms and tools — for example, messaging, scheduling, analytics, and review platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or policies of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual Property
